Starter, Plus, Advanced, Enterprise and Practice all include a 60-day free trial for accounts less than 14 days old — one trial per account. We collect a card up front and email you before the trial ends; cancel any time before day 60 and you'll never be charged.
What about free migration from QuickBooks?
We'll move your books, vendors, employees, customers, and chart of accounts from QuickBooks Desktop or Online to VaultLedge — no charge. Most migrations finish in under a week. Tell us during signup and we'll reach out.
I'm an accountant. How does pricing work?
You pay one flat Practice subscription ($149/mo) — that's it. No per-client fees. What is Founding 50?
The first 50 paying customers on Plus, Advanced, or Enterprise lock in a 30% lifetime discount in exchange for a public testimonial within 30 days. After 50 redemptions the program closes.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Switch any time from Billing settings.
Is my financial data secure?
AES-256-GCM encryption for SSNs and bank numbers, TLS 1.2+ in transit, row-level security for tenant isolation, and an audit trail. Your data is never used to train AI models.
